Return & Exchange Policy

We understand that sometimes you don’t want an item you purchased - so we offer you a grace period of 15 days to return your item. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in perfect condition, the package should be intact , and all accessories must be included. To complete your return, we require the original receipt.

Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 6 weeks.

Late or missing refunds 

If you haven’t received a refund after 6 weeks, please contact us at  info@7d.com.kw     or call us on +965 1889991. 

 

Sale items 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. 

 

Exchanges 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at  info@7d.com.kw     and a customer service representative will be coordinating the exchange.
